Charles Rukus graduated from University of Maryland where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He then proceeded to undertake an international clinical training at Okonfo Anonkye Teaching Hospital, in Kumasi, Ghana. Charles Rukus further earned an Associates of Arts Degree in Respiratory therapy from the University of District of Columbia. He subsequently completed his training from Howard University, located in Washington, DC were he earned a Bachelor of Science in their Physician Assistant Program. He is a board certified by NCCPA and has been an Emergency Medicine PA since 1997. Charley enjoys racing motor cycles and spending time with his wife and 3 kids. Charley is highly favored by the patients and staff at Physicians Now Urgent Care because he is detailed and caring, and because of his keen sense of humor he has a way of making people smile.
